Head of Marketing:
We are looking for an experienced marketing manager superstar to join our existing team as the head of marketing. The key responsibilities involve:
- Engaging with brands and organizations and signing them up for our Beta Partnership Programme.
- Authoring the Marketing Plan section of our Business Plan.
- Engaging with Strategic Partner organizations and identifying and developing new opportunities for collaborative partnerships.
- Oversee our PR strategy.
The role is flexible in terms of time requirement (results are what matter). We would welcome bringing in someone full time but we see an opportunity for the right candidate to start with a limited time commitment that gradually increases over time following the growth and demands of the whole company.
Initially equity in the company is paid in lieu of salary, pending the closing of our investment round in June 2012, whereafter remuneration will be by way of salary + equity.
